  • What do I need to bring?

    Bring a swimsuit, towel, and water. We offer limited towel rentals for $3 if needed.

  • Is there a place to shower and change?

    Yes! Our saunas have an outdoor shower. Changing is available in our facility or our on-site heated changing room with lockers.

  • How do I make a family account?

    Log into your profile on the bookings page, go to Profile, tap the plus (+) next to Family, and add your family member (must be under 18 years old).

  • How do I book a private session or rental?

    Fill out a form for a private session or mobile sauna rental on our Private Bookings page.

Our team at Ember & Ice is made up of six close friends who share a passion for health and wellness. We come from diverse backgrounds but are united by our commitment to promoting holistic well-being. Through our mobile sauna and cold plunge services, we offer rejuvenating experiences while fostering community connection.
