Refund Policy

Session Credits & Single Bookings
Session credits are non-refundable but may be transferred to a future session. If you need to cancel a booked session, please cancel at least 24 hours in advance to retain your credit. Late cancellations and no-shows forfeit the session credit.
Memberships
Monthly membership fees are non-refundable once charged. You may cancel your membership at any time, and your access will continue until the end of the current billing period. No partial-month refunds are issued.
Private Rentals
A deposit is required to confirm private rental bookings. Deposits are refundable if cancellation is made at least 7 days before the scheduled event. Cancellations within 7 days of the event forfeit the deposit. Full payments are non-refundable within 48 hours of the event.
Events
Event ticket refunds are managed through Eventbrite and are subject to the refund policy set at the time of purchase. Please refer to your Eventbrite booking for details.
Exceptional Circumstances
If Ember & Ice cancels a session or event due to weather, equipment issues, or other circumstances beyond your control, you will receive a full credit toward a future session or a refund at your request.
