By accessing and using Ember & Ice services, booking sessions, or purchasing memberships, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Ember & Ice provides mobile wood-fired sauna and cold plunge experiences, including public sessions, private bookings, and mobile rental services across Colorado. All bookings and memberships are processed through our booking platform.

3. Health & Safety

Participants acknowledge that sauna and cold plunge activities involve inherent risks. By booking a session, you confirm that you are in good health and physically capable of participating. If you have any medical conditions, consult a physician before participating. Ember & Ice is not responsible for any injuries or health complications arising from participation.

4. Bookings & Cancellations

All bookings are subject to availability and must be made in advance. Please review the cancellation policy at the time of booking.

5. Memberships

Memberships are billed on a monthly basis and are non-transferable. Ember & Ice reserves the right to modify membership pricing with advance notice. Members may cancel at any time through our booking platform.

6. Conduct

Participants are expected to follow all staff instructions and posted guidelines. Ember & Ice reserves the right to remove any individual whose behavior poses a risk to themselves or others, without refund.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ember & Ice shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services.

8. Changes to Terms

These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
